HOW TO ENTER: S&T Bank’s You Give – We Give Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 am on December 1, 2023 and ends at 12:00 am on January 1, 2024. One is entered into the sweepstakes by posting a photo or video and story of how they’re helping someone in need or giving back to the community, tagging @stbankofficial and using the hashtag #yougivewegive in their Instagram post. Or, for PA and OH residents only, on a 3” x 5” plain piece of paper, handprint your name, address, city, state, zip code, valid email address and phone number and include, on a separate piece of paper, a printed photo of them giving back along with a description/story to explain, and mail to: S&T Bank You Give – We Give Sweepstakes, PO Box 190, Indiana, PA 15701. Each entry must be mailed separately from PA or OH. No mechanically reproduced entries will be honored. Limit one entry per person, per day. Grand prize winner will be selected from all qualifying entries received December 1, 2023 through 12:00 am, January 1, 2024. Mail-in entries following the criteria above must be received by January 1, 2024. Exact duplicate entries (photos) will be disqualified.

PRIZES: A total of one (1) prize will be awarded from the entries received. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from all qualifying entries received during the You Give – We Give Sweepstakes. One (1) prize winner will receive $500 for them and $500 donated in their name to a charity or community organization of their choice. The charity or community organization must be a 501(c)(3) organization to receive this donation. A 501(c)(3) organization is a United States corporation, trust, unincorporated association or other type of organization exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of Title 26 of the United States Code. S&T Bank reserves the right to request proof of 501(c)(3) status from the charity or community organization that is selected. S&T Bank reserves the right to request winner select an alternate charity or community organization if deemed necessary. Total approximate retail value: $1,000. One (1) grand prize winner will be selected from all qualifying entries received between December 1, 2023 and January 1, 2024. Prize will be awarded. Any expenses not mentioned above are the winners’ responsibility. Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or exchanged. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are solely the responsibility of the winner. If applicable, winner will receive a 1099-MISC tax form reflecting the final and actual retail value of their prize.

WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner will be selected from a random drawing including all qualifying entries. The one (1) grand prize winner will be selected and notified on or by 5:00 pm, January 8, 2024 by random draw from all qualifying entries received from the sweepstakes occurring December 1, 2023 through January 1, 2024. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for entries that are lost, late or misdirected. Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message, telephone and/or email. If any prize letter is returned undeliverable, or if the winner does not respond, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize acceptance constitutes permission to use winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without compensation. Sponsor and agents are not responsible for liability associated with the acceptance or use of the prize, for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or postage-due mail. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.
